Why do creative people struggle so much with money?
-Art just doesn’t pay
-You can either focus on your creativity or focus on paying the bills and there’s never enough time for both
-The business side of a creative career is literally the worst
-You don’t know how to charge what your worth and still be competitive
-Marketing sucks (you hate selling yourself)
-Money gets in the way of our true creativity, we’re in it for the love of the art not the money anyway
-We don’t want to sell out.
Sound familiar?
Here’s the thing: when you continue to struggle with money, it drains your energy and limits what you can achieve creatively. The experience can be frustrating at best. At worse you become resigned to the idea that it’s just not possible to thrive financially while following your passion.

This webinar is for you if:
-You’re a musician, painter, performer, writer, film-maker, etc. and you want to find a way to make money with your art
-You’re a creative person who avoids the topic of money all-together, and you see that avoidance is no longer working for you, but you don’t know where to start
-You’re interested in making money with your art but are worried about “selling out”
-You would love to be making money with your craft but you’re frustrated because it just doesn’t pay
-You’re working a day job that you hate, because there’s just no way to make ends meet doing what you love
- You’re sick of living month to month and want to figure out how to make your lifestyle more sustainable
This webinar may not be for you if:
-You’re looking for the “secret” of getting rich without working hard
-You’re already making all of the money you want doing what you love, and spending it in a way that feels great
This is why I am offering this webinar:
As a professional musician with a degree in performance from Berklee College of Music, I know what it’s like to grind it out, trying to “make it” with a career in the arts. What starts as an exciting adventure, can get real tough real quick. The experience of the “real world” crashing into your dreams can stop anyone in their tracks. It can make you feel like it was a mistake to go for a life as a working artist in the first place.
I’ve been a full time touring musician in an original eco-justice rock band, a freelance music teacher, and a wedding band hired gun. I’ve also hauled heavy furniture for a moving company and drove a truck for a non-profit construction business to pay the bills. In other words, I know how tough it can be to be a working artist, and I know how tough it can be to have hustle doing gigs you don’t love in order to make ends meet.
Like many creative people, I’d rather just not have to deal with money. The thought of balancing a budget (if you even have a budget) or doing taxes can be literally painful. But the truth is, without the skills to handle money with ease it becomes very very difficult to be creative. It wasn’t until I started working with a coach that I found a way of using my creative energy to transform my relationship with money so that I was more interested in possibility than my frustration. This actually freed me up to do much more of what I love, and build a business around my passion.
It breaks my heart to see so many brilliant creative people work their asses off and still struggle just to make ends meet, or give up on their creative passion altogether because they’re resigned to the idea that it just doesn’t pay. I’m leading this webinar because I know how much the world needs your creative gifts right now, and I see how much could be possible if struggling with money wasn’t holding back this generation of artists.
