Get Your Song Out!
Next Session Starts: October 2019
Finally be the songwriter you always knew you were.
When you’re a creative person who’s not creating, you suffer.
Each day has just a little less passion, a little less energy, a little possibility.
Over time you can get used to this faded experience, but there’s always a little spark inside crying out to be fanned.
On the other hand, when you ARE expressing your creative voice it energizes your whole life.
You experience possibility, passion, and the richness of being alive.
Best of all you get that feeling that you are doing what you’re here on this planet to do.
YOU ARE A SONGWRITER
Whether you’ve written 1 song, 10 songs, half a song, or have just a longing in your heart that won’t go away, you are a songwriter. What would it be like to not only complete a song, but to have the confidence and skill to write songs consistently?
Get Your Song Out is a 6 month immersive course that will give you EVERYTHING YOU NEED to consistently complete your own original songs.
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
-The experience of successfully writing your own songs, and the skillset to keep doing it.
-Powerful and practical tools to tap into your creative brilliance even when you don’t feel “inspired”
-Group coaching from a rigorously trained professional life-coach to move past “being stuck”, “writer’s block” or any other intangible experience that seems to stop you from writing.
-The fundamental knowledge of music theory and song structure needed to support your creativity, taught in a way that’s easy to understand and apply.
-Guidance and advice from an experienced professional songwriter that will help you take your writing to the next level.
-The support of a dynamic group of peer songwriters, who will cheer you on when writing gets challenging and celebrate your success with you.
THIS MAY BE A FIT FOR YOU IF:
-You are a musician who feels like they SHOULD be able to write songs, but just can’t seem to make it happen. You’re frustrated and don’t even understand why it’s so hard.
-You’ve written one or two songs before, but don’t write consistently. You can’t seem to find the inspiration.
-You would love to be songwriting, but you just haven’t been able to make it a priority.
-There’s an underlying nagging feeling of dissatisfaction that comes with knowing in your heart that you have songs to give to the world but just aren’t doing it.
-You’ve tried writing songs but there’s just one or two pieces of knowledge or guidance that’s missing to complete your song, and you don’t know quite what they are.
-You are in a band and you’re ready to write and record your first record. The pressure is on to step up as the songwriter you know you can be.
-You are no longer willing to let another year go by without writing your songs.
This may NOT be a good fit for you if:
-You are new to playing music and are just starting to learn the basics of your instrument
-You have been writing songs for years and you don’t have much trouble writing consistently
***If these apply to you but you’re still looking for support in your growth as a musician and songwriter, you may be a good fit for 1-on-1 coaching with me. You can sign up to see if 1-on-1 coaching might be a good fit here: Calendly.com/artivistcoaching/discover
